Moving from one place to another is stressful enough without having to worry about cleaning before you leave. The average apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with no carpet or oven can take up to 5 or 6 hours to clean.

Customarily, the tenant makes the decision with regards to the cleaning of the property, given that it will be left in proper condition.
